The Elements of Transformation
When we observe the earth's transformative patterns, we can see that rebirth isn't always pretty or painless. But when we can relate our own transformative patterns to the natural cycles of change around us, we are able to observe renewal as a universal condition. Connecting to this larger sense of the evolution process not only takes us out of our myopic mindset, but it gives us a chance to give context to the specificities of our experience that can feel insurmountable.

Stability Leads to Freedom
Stability leading to freedom gave me a new perspective on structure, one that I could find meaning and purpose in. It gave context to the value of long term planning. In the yoga practice this concept can be applied to cultivate strength and courage in those challenging moments when muscles are shaking and we are wondering why we chose this hard and frustrating practice in the first place. It can be helpful to remember what we are creating, a strong and stable body and mind that allows us to experience the fullest most free expression of ourself.
